The Signature Facial is $135 and takes 60 minutes. It is customized to your skin on the day and usually includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, extractions if your skin needs them, facial massage with lymphatic drainage, a customized mask, and professional serums and finishing creams.
No. Come as you are, makeup and all. Our only tip: arrive with hair you don't mind getting a little messed up.
Yes. Your skin is ready for makeup right away, so a facial before a wedding, a trip or a night out works well.
We have never had a client break out beyond their normal acne cycle after a facial. We adjust every treatment to what your skin can handle that day, so you can have a facial with acne, rosacea or sensitive skin.
Yes. During pregnancy the only real question is comfort: if lying on your back is comfortable, you're welcome. Breastfeeding is no barrier at all.
Yes. Both are part of the Signature Facial at no extra charge. Extractions are gentle, and we only do them if your skin needs them.
No. At your first facial we'll point out ingredients worth knowing about. After that, we only recommend a product when we believe it will help. If what you already use is working, we'll tell you that too.
No. The Signature Facial covers deep cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, with each step chosen for your skin instead of a fixed protocol. If your skin needs something we don't offer, we'll say so.
At Sunwaves Facial Studio in Waterdown, Ontario, the Signature Facial is $135 for 60 minutes. The price covers whatever your skin needs that day: double cleanse, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, gentle extractions if needed, facial massage with lymphatic drainage, a customized mask, and professional serums and finishing creams. There is no pressure to buy products. For ages 14 to 18, the Teen Facial is $75. Specialty G.M. Collin facials start at $155. A standalone chemical peel is $125, and dermaplaning is $75. A peel added to your facial is $75, or $55 for members. Monthly Membership is $89 per facial, and Seasonal Membership is five facials within 12 months at $109 each. If you join on your first visit, that day's facial is charged at your member rate. The studio is appointment-only, Wednesday to Saturday. Book online, or email us and we will help you choose.
